One on One

One on One personal training is offered on site at our location in Woodland Park. Also, we offer travel training where we bring the equipment to you, or virtual training right from the comfort of your own home. You can purchase hour or half hour sessions. Check out our “use it or lose it” package which requires dedication from the client. We offer quality training at an affordable price when you commit to training two times per week, but if you do not use those two sessions, then you lose it! 

  • Each body is different; SweatStrong  believes there’s never a “one way” approach
  • Each client gets a program to correct posture and movement
  • Each session contains exercises to not only strengthen but also to educate clients
  • One on One training can help make all daily hobbies more enjoyable (running, hiking, recreational sports, ect)
  • A physical therapy approach helps to eliminate daily aches and pains.  SweatStrong does not believe in the “no pain, no gain” mantra.
  • Progressional training will gradually make each session more challenging for each individual client.

Semi Private/ Small Group

Semi private or small group training is offered on site at our location in Woodland Park. We also offer travel training where we bring the equipment to you! For our semi private clients, check out our “use it or lose it” package which requires dedication from both clients. We offer quality training at an affordable price when you commit to training two times per week, but if you do not use those two sessions, then you lose it! 

  • Working out with a friend can be very motivating and inspiring.  Watching each other grow in your fitness journeys can be extremely powerful.
  • Using Circuits, HIIT training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Agility training, and Intervals we make sure that everyone is moving at all times.
  • Progressing through longer time frames of work to rest ratios, SweatStrong will always make sure you are challenged even when fitness levels between groups vary.
  • Small groups limited to 3-8 people. When scheduling a small group session, all parties MUST be in attendance, or the session will be rescheduled. 

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes provided by SweatStrong Fitness will be provided outdoors in a public park weather permitting. Class passes can be purchased through the MindBody app. We offer single class passes or package options. There is a 30 member limit to all outdoor classes, so be sure to book your spot! Each fitness class pass can be used 30 days from purchase. We follow CDC guidelines and maintain appropriate distance. We also provide wipes and hand sanitizer to each member.

  • Classes are usually held outdoors where everyone can spread out and use their own equipment.  Members are asked to bring their own mat, and weights varying from two to ten pounds.

  • SweatStrong will run all members through different types of exercises to challenge your cardio and strength in a full body approach.

  • All exercise for classes can be modified to challenge all fitness levels.

  • Each class begins with a warm up and always includes a cool down.

  • You bring the water, I’ll bring the sweat!

During the winter months and inclement weather, SweatStrong Fitness will provide Virtual Fitness classes via Zoom. Class passes can be purchased through the MindBody app. We offer single class passes or package options. Each household is only required to purchase one pass. The Zoom meeting link will be sent via email before the start of the class.

  • We ask that you turn on your camera so corrections can be made and proper movements can be praised.

  • You need a large enough area to move around, weights varying from two to ten pounds, and a mat.

  • All exercises for classes can be modified to challenge all fitness levels.

  • Each class begins with a warm up and always includes a cool down.

  • You bring the water, I’ll bring the sweat!
